Autoblocks Precision Ball Screw Actuators
The Autoblocks Precision Ball Screw Actuators are designed for high-performance and precision in a wide range of industrial applications. These actuators feature a standardized 6mm ball screw pitch and NEMA 17 motor mounts, providing a balanced combination of speed and load capacity, ideal for automation and precision assembly tasks.
With the standardized 6mm pitch, the actuators achieve speeds of up to 300 mm/s. They support payloads of up to 15kg horizontally and 5kg vertically, offering reliable performance for most standard industrial applications. These actuators are also capable of delivering a rated thrust of up to 500N, ensuring efficiency in moderate-duty operations.
For applications requiring higher load capacities or custom specifications, custom screw pitches and NEMA 23 motor mounts are available. These options accommodate more demanding tasks, providing increased thrust and payload support.
All actuators come preconfigured to bolt directly to Autoblocks Smart Motors, ensuring straightforward installation without the need for additional hardware, homing sensors, or end-of-travel switches. A single M12 cable connects the actuators, simplifying setup and integration.
