Control Block

The Control Block is the heart of the Autoblocks system, managing a wide range of automation tasks, including multi-axis motion control, system logic, and safety. It serves as the foundation for building both linear and rotary systems with the flexibility to support diverse industrial setups.

Programming Options:

AutoCode: A universal programming language that controls up to 6 slave devices and their peripherals. Suitable for systems ranging from gantry robots to complex production lines.

TurnCode: A modular rotary programming system that controls up to 8 slave devices and their peripherals. Ideal for configuring rotary systems like large turntables (up to 8 feet in diameter) paired with high-powered servo drives.

Smart HMI/Teach Pendant

The Smart HMI/Teach Pendant provides a streamlined user interface for controlling devices, configuring system parameters, and monitoring operations. It is designed for ease of use in industrial environments, offering durable construction and flexible mounting options.
