We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or government identifiers) or information from children under 16; the Services are intended exclusively for business users.

Operational Data and Aggregation. We may aggregate, de-identify, or anonymize any information we collect (including Operational Data) and use such data for any purpose in perpetuity, including commercializing such data, sharing it with affiliates, partners, customers, and the public, and training and improving artificial intelligence and machine learning models. De-identified and aggregated data is not personal data under this Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with the following categories of recipients:

(a) Affiliates and subsidiaries for the purposes described above. (b) Distributors, sales representatives, system integrators, and channel partners so they may respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, provide service, and market related products. (c) Service providers and contractors performing services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing, shipping, CRM, email, marketing automation, advertising, security, and support). (d) Advertising and analytics partners to deliver, measure, and improve advertising; this may include sharing identifiers and event data that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws (see Section 9). (e) Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors). (f) Government authorities and other parties when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Autoblocks, our customers, or others; or to detect or address fraud or security issues. (g) Corporate transactions: in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or part of our assets, or transition of service to another provider, we may transfer information to the acquirer or successor; this transfer is not subject to any opt-out rights, including under U.S. state privacy laws.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose without restriction.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, session replay tools, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, personalize content, and serve advertising (including cross-site and cross-device advertising). You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may impair functionality. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law as an opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” of personal information. We do not separately respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted.

6. Marketing Communications

We may send promotional emails and other marketing communications about our products, services, and partners. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out, we may still send transactional, service-related, or legally required communications (such as order confirmations, support replies, security notices, and policy updates).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and for our legitimate business interests. Operational Data, aggregated data, de-identified data, and machine-learning training data may be retained indefinitely. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedules.

8. International Transfers

Autoblocks is headquartered in the United States and processes information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from, and offer less protection than, those of your home country. By using the Services or providing us information, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable), or your explicit consent.

9. Your Rights — U.S. State Privacy Laws (CCPA/CPRA and Similar)

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the following rights, subject to applicable exceptions and verification:

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have “sold” or “shared” the following categories of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and analytics: identifiers (such as IP address, cookie IDs, device IDs), internet or other network activity, and commercial information. The categories of recipients are described in Section 4(d). We do not “sell” or “share” the personal information of consumers we know to be under sixteen (16).

You may have the right, subject to applicable exceptions, to: access; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. 11. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
